RecommendedMy shopping there last weekend was awesome. I had never even been in a lush store before and was a little overwhelmed and lost. several different associates approached me at different times to help. I appreciate their covid protocol, and Mary in particular was very knowledgeable about the products, help me find what I need on a personal level, suggested other similar products, upsold me on three things and I'm actually happy about it! Lol she was fantastic.
Listened to a LONG lecture about covid, which was okay but then when I finally got to look around the store I couldn’t find hair masks. Went to ask an employee about what I was searching for but they were busy talking to each other. Waited a bit longer and ended up leaving.

RecommendedBig S/O to Lush for the amazing customer service! Ordered a few products for myself and a gift for a friend for curbside pickup. Other than not being available on Sun/Mon, it was extremely effortless and well managed to pick up my order. They also threw in a few extra gifts as a generous gesture! Absolutely love Alderwood! Everyone is so friendly and nice. All my questions and problems were answered. And might I add, I LOVE the Godiva shampoo bar. It is hands down my favorite. The smell is amazing, the two in one factor is on point. And it makes my hair so light plus refreshing. I have to gush about it 🥰
The employees are the best! Jordan is such a sweetheart in particular! He is so sweet, and truly went above and beyond! He’s the kind of employee y’all are gonna wanna keep around, he needs some recognition ASAP! 🙃🙂
I was recently introduced to Lush products by my best friend and can’t say enough great things - yummy smells, luscious textures and endless options to meet everyone’s needs/wants/likes! The staff at the Short Pump Lush is amazing and has made both of my trips to the store totally successful, completely personalized to me. I honestly felt totally pampered, a rarity for a pregnant mom of a toddler. Can’t wait for my next visit in!
Absolutely. I have been going to LUSH short pump since 2017 and became a part of the family as I am treated in the shop. Everyone is so friendly and charming. And regarding the LUSH products - What should I say. They are so addictive and so good in quality and smell. I am so loving LUSH.
I have no earthly idea why a company that prides itself on ethical products and is cruelty-free has decided to hire someone who was arrested for the torture and murder of a dog. You mean to tell me she's going to talk all about the ethics of the company and how awesome it is that they don't test on animals knowing full well she starved a dog to death?!
