Went here today for the first time in a while. Julia was great! She definitely knew the products and also tested them on me and sent me home with a few samples to try! I can’t wait to try them and hope they work for me! But i will definitely be back hopefully to purchase the products and to try other stuff there is so much there! I also really like how they were doing bath bomb showings so everyone could see how they dissolved in water!
I have been to this location a few times, but today was the best experience so far. I had to exchange a product that I got for Christmas and had tried before and disliked. The staff was super friendly the whole time. Ryan was exceptionally helpful in picking out some new things that would go great for my complexion. Thanks Ryan! We will be back :)
Y'all, not gonna lie. At first I thought this place was all hype and just trendy. Boy was I wrong! I went and bought nourishing shampoo for my hair, facial cleanser, moisturizer, exploiting lip scrub and like 6 different face mask samples. and also body conditioner which I didn't know was even a thing � oh and of course I had to snag some bath bombs. Best experience, hands down. Even when I am just looking around the crew is always ready to help me, or just let's me do my thing. They are so knowledgeable and they make the stressful holiday shopping way easy! A few ladies helped me pick out gifts for my extended family; and I know they will enjoy the beautiful wrapping along with the conscious products.
I absolutely love every time I come into Lush! It's always a new experience thanks to Cody! And I always walk out with something new to try! Most recently I tried out the Hair Treatments and Cody really helped me find one that would be great for me and I'm excited to go back again soon to try another that Cody recommended! Amazing team, thanks for always looking out for the customers!
