I never go into places like this, but since it was new and unfamiliar I figured I'd investigate. I went in and was immediately met with enthused, yet tasteful customer service, and was led into products that interested me. I left the store with three fresh cuts of soap, which I've come to love. This place is dope. Even for dudes.
The staff is super welcoming, and knowledgeable about their products! Really comfortable shopping environment, great experience.

A little turned off by the atmosphere at first, but at least Sarah B. was there to make me feel welcome and patiently gave me quick explanations as well as excellent advice! What an excellent worker.

This little slice of heaven made my 4 hr drive to Birmingham totally worth it. Everyone made me feel so at home and I think I speak for everyone that was in the store! KILL IT GUYS!!!
Last night I took my first trip to Lush at the summit! I am a long time lush fan, ordering online mostly and shopping in Atlanta when I'm there, but it's so nice to have one near by. I originally went in for bath products but my skin has been FREAKING OUT lately, so I told Alexa what I was dealing with and she helped me so much!! She was so informative and hooked me up with a couple masks to try out; I tried one when I got home and my skin is already calming down. I will be back soon!
