I decided to go in during my lunch break and check out their products. I had shopped around online before, but never been in an actual store. The employees were incredible. Super nice, very knowledgable about the products, and upbeat! I was approached by 3 different people whom all 3 helped me with different needs. I thought the service and the products were awesome! Will definitely be going back in the store. I think all of my cosmetic products will be purchased from LUSH instead of the other competitors.

I really loved the setup of the store and the ability to test products. I have heard about this brand but have never purchased anything before. Audra was extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me when showing the products and answering questions. I will definitely be back to buy more. Thank you Lush team for a great experience.

Oh my Lushness! My daughter, sister & myself had the pleasure of visiting our first Lush at the Summit on Tuesday evening. To say we enjoyed ourselves was an understatement! It was our first time trying ANY Lush products & we were ALL in LOVE!!!! The freshness & the scents were amazing! All of the associates were very helpful & had tons of Information for us, we brought home a few samples & also purchased a few things. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, even in the midst of Opening Day chaos. :) It was a wonderful experience when I expected the exact opposite.

Love Lush! So happy to have one in Birmingham now. Went today and loved that this location is larger than many of the other locations I've been to. Can't wait to go back for more shopping!
