Very helpful staff. We needed a new screen door and really had no clue on what to get but the gentleman helping us rocked. Got new door and hubby installed it last night.Looks great :)
No one to help you , same story of the multiple times I've been there , the only reason I stopped ther was because one of my coworkers said they had a piece of equipment I needed for work and I though I would save some time by not going to Home Depot , BIG mistake, waste 1/2 an hr . Horrible customer service when you're looking for something, should have known better.
Waited for assistance yet others after me got help before me. They need a better system in appliances such as take a number so people don't disrespect others that are waiting politely.
What ever happened to Lowe's in Pharr. There is no one at the registers. All they have is two assistants in the self check out and when you ask for help, no one shows up and it looks like no one even cares. Very disappointed.
