Poor customer service. Store manager Bernardo asked how he could help through email and then never responded. Spoke to Assistant Manager Andy on the phone. He said he would present a solution for my issue or at least provide something for my troubles--again, no response. No follow-through. Customer service should be more than lip service. These are stressful times and if you're working in retail, you need to go above and beyond to shine. Instead, you let people down and they take their business elsewhere.
That no employee was wearing there mask not even customers by law we should be wearing them i reported it I wouldn’t want to get sick there

The worst customer service, lack of communication and and no managerial skills. Dealing with a purchase for over 2 days and still can’t get it right. And you try speaking to someone and they never answer
We ordered a washer on a Wednesday. We were told delivery would be on Sunday . No washer was delivered. Called them and we were told delivery would be on Monday. No washer. We went in person to complain about this . After waiting for more than an hour to speak to someone in charge,we were informed that our washer couldn’t be located!!! No one knew where that washer was. Long story short, we were told that we could cancel the order and our account cleared. So now still No Washer and lots of dirty laundry!!!!Very disappointing... read more
