Terrible customer service. Went in to purchase several items in the paint department but had a few questions I needed answered first. After waiting for over 30 minutes and several pages to have someone sent to that department a manager approached to ask if everything was ok and instead of attempting to help just made another page for someone to assist me. Black Friday I bought a stove and was told delivery would be today, in the afternoon. After church I called and was told my order was on the truck, out for delivery. That was around 1 pm. At 2:30 I called again, was told my order was on the truck, that they delivered until 7 pm but would call 1 hour before delivery. So I waited & waited. Finally at 6:30 pm I called, some female (I wish I knew her name) had me on hold 6.5 minutes. I don't like to go run errands for my husband to Lowe's,because there is never anyone that will help you. It don't matter what time I go, the clerk passes by or I am helping other customer " I'll be back" or they give me directions to what I want. I go here because it is close to where we live. But I end up very up set.
We shop at lowes for the business and personally. The checking out is terrible. Self check out and they only work half the time. It's a good thing we weren't in a hurry.
