I was at the Lowe's in Pharr Texas this morning Saturday September 3, 2016. Was mining my busy, no one new me. But I did notice the tool area was changed. The young lady there greeted me with a smile and friendly relations. Her customer service was the best of any other store I have been to including Home Depot.
