Purchased a refrigerator that was in stock at that moment , paid in full cash, and advised the sales rep we would return to pick up the next week or so because we were still pending closing date on new home. We called the store a week ago to make sure the refrigerator was still in stock and was advised it was still there. Came today to pick it up and they advised it was sold!!! Slow delivery service. need an appliance that they have in store but i gotta wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered.
We enjoy going in this Lowe’s. The ONLY things that we do not like is we can never find anyone in any dept to help us when we need help. This caught my eye today. Not sure how safe this is when you have a store full of customers. We literally had to move over and stop what we were doing several times to let him pass. #keepitcleanaspossiblelowe
horrible customer service. the gentleman Victor “helping” in tile department was not any help at all. waited an hour for his “assistance” and he wasnt any help at all.
Unbelievable. I ordered something online for curbside pick up and nobody ever came out. I called the number and nobody ever answered. Horrible experience. If they are not providing that service, they should not be advertising it.
Bad service take forever for someone to answer phone and contractor never showed up for estaminet on door instilling. Just lost a customer for ever
