Always a great experience! Friendly helpful staff and if they do not have what you need they direct you to one of their other stores.
Absolutely the worst customer service. We order $3400 in roofing materials and they didn't deliver them on time. Didn't have a boom truck to put them on the roof. Didn't order the correct color flashing...I could go on but the cherry to top it off they literally hang up or leave you on hold when you ask to file a complaint!
Never again will we purchase any appliances with them! Their delivery service stinks! Been waiting three weeks for a replacement of a dishwasher that was delivered damaged. They called last night to say they would be delivering the replacement today between 1-3 p.m. Get home from church at 10:30 and we have a phone call saying they were here to deliver it and we weren't home. Just went to lowes in Essex with my mother in law. She was buying aloof of heavy things and we needed assistance.. that was almost impossible to find! Everyone except one very nice gentleman seemed annoyed when we asked for help and one older man even rolled his eyes at us for asked him to help. Once we checked out we asked for help loading her vehicle and NOT ONE person would help.. this is pathetic! This store is so convenient because it's so close to where we live. But the customer service here is abysmal. When you do find someone to help you, they either have no product knowledge about what you're looking for, where it is, or they just seem like they don't give a shit. And the store seems to always be a mess, especially in the lumber and construction supplies area.
I just picked up an assembled grill, the man that helped me get it into my truck violently dropped it into the truck and then scratched the crap out of the truck bed as well as back of the grill. Very unacceptable! There should have been an extra person help get it into the truck which would have taken maybe 3 minutes. Needless to say, I do not plan on buying from this Lowe's store in the future.
