I purchased a snow blower that was supposed to be delivered but didn’t show up for days after the 3 hour ‘delivery window’ they gave me. The first time I used it, I found that ALL of the gears (including both reverse speeds) only went forward and they ALL went at the top speed. When I called to ask about it, I was told that I would have to bring it back myself (I don’t have a truck) and when I explained this, they told me ‘too bad’ and suggested I make friends with someone that does have one. This place SUSCKS!!!!

I’m currently waiting in the store. I’ve been waiting in the store for an hour so far to pick up an order that I got an email YESTERDAY saying that it was ready. It obviously wasn’t. I’ve watched countless others come in, pick up their orders, including appliances, and leave. VERY unimpressed and VERY dissatisfied.

I paid for patio bricks in May. I received a partial order in JUNE and was told the rest would be delivered later. It’s now October and I still haven’t received the product I have paid for. Calls to this store lead to me being disconnected time and time again. Customer service is completely useless.

I originally ordered a ladder through them. Waited 6 weeks to find out they could not get the ladder. I had to call like 4-5 times and go in twice. They finally tell me that the person that placed the order had done the transaction a way that they thought I had purchased it and left the store with it. Then they can’t get the ladder at all. Manager tells me he will give me a discount on another ladder if I pick one. So I did. Ordered a new one at a discount. Ordered on 7/3 and said would be here 7/31. I went to the store 8/1 ... read more

Sometimes you wonder if they really want your business. We had several issues placing an order for a large flooring install. After about 3 weeks of unanswered phone calls and 4 store visits we finally got the issues resolved but ended up missing out on the interest free promo. The experience was horrible. We pray the install goes off without a hitch.

Our fridge was in dire straits and close to breaking down entirely. It was memorial day weekend and there were some big deals. We did a ton of research and headed into the store to order the fridge we wanted. We picked it out, went to the counter, made the order. Everything was smooth... Or was it? Our delivery was scheduled for 6/15/20 but at 6pm on 6/14/20 we received a call stating our fridge was not in stock and that they would not be able to deliver it until 6/19/20. I ordered a dishwasher over two months ago and the delivery date was changed two times. I called several times and you cannot get through to talk to a person. The one time before they put me on hold for forty five minutes then hung up on me. First they told me that all of their delivery drivers were sick or quit. Now I purchased a mini fridge that we were supposed to pick up ourselves.i got a notice telling me that they have a higher volume than normal so don’t come in to pick it up until they call to say it’s ready.
