Ordered a dishwasher online. Received confirmation email that we could come and pick it up. This store is over an hour from our house, we drove all the way there for the woman at the service desk to be extremely rude and tell us they didn’t have the dishwasher and we should’ve received a cancellation email (we did not). Very disappointed in the service I received at your so-called service desk. I had purchased the wrong sized florescent circuline light bulb and simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size. Instead all I got was guff. I ended up just leaving the bought and paid for bulb on the counter as it was useless to me and I obviously wasn't going to get any kind of satisfaction for your employee. I can guarantee I will never shop at Lowe’s again! Last week I was charged $108 per column for three columns. I had to go to SB to get a fourth. The fourth was $13.50 exact same thing!!! Do you think Essex will price match even after calling corporate. NOPE NADDA So apparently even though they are a chain store it’s ok to do. SUCH BULLSHIT🤬😡 SPREAD THE WORD Where has customer service gone?
Customer service is horrendous at this location.
Employees should be taught customer service skills BEFORE being hired as well as weekly training
