I'm confused. When is a good time to get customer service here? Good or bad customer service? We've been here a dozen times over the last 6 weeks. Spent thousands of dollars. (Check our last name for sales). I needed 16 foot trim cut in half to fit in my truck. Was told to bring the trim to the lumber cutting section. They call and email that my vanity tops have arrived. So I head to the store, but they can’t find them. Instead of apologizing and asking me if I would prefer to come back later, they have me wait around for 50 minutes. When I get annoyed, the person at customer service rep freaks out, makes excuses and tells me that I need to apologize for blaming her! After spending thousands of dollars at this store I wait in line to spend another $4000 at customer service and was told to take my business a register. Ironically that is not customer service. Now I need to think about if I’m even going make this purchase or take all future business to Home Depot.
Bought a utility trailer online over a month ago, after several phone calls, each getting a different answer, I still do not have the trailer. Called again today and I get told the supplier hasn't even shipped it yet and doesn't know when it will ship!! Are you kidding me?! So here I am left waiting and all lowes can say is we are sorry but we don't know.. What a joke. Generally I like doing business with Lowes, but this is ridiculous.
