Absolutely the WORST experience shopping at Lowes...ever! Waited over an hour for the salesman to find someone certified to drive a forklift to get a stove that I had called about 3 times during the day. Why the stove was not taken down when I called i have no idea. Seriously, if I knew when I ordered a dishwasher that it would take over a month for them to get it to the store, I wouldn't have. I would have payed more and gone to Home Depot! It's not like they even have to deliver it! I am picking it up myself! I work in retail, and I know it's not the cashiers fault when the warehouse can't get something in stock fast but seriously I was told it would be there on May 10th, then nope, sorry it will be here may 24th then I called and they said sorry it will be here June 1st.. Their delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. I've been away from work over 3 hours now - well past the promised delivery window and there has been no communication from them on what is going on.
I had a whole kitchen appliance suite delivered today. The frig came with a dented door and it's making such a loud buzzing noise that we can't stand to be downstairs! !! Help!!!
