Customer service has taken a serious nose-dive, XPO delivery service is the worst and the attitude you get when trying to resolve THEIR errors is unreal. Too bad, as I have many more home improvements to be done, but not from Lowe's.
Not impressed! Purchased a stove yesterday An was told I’d have it delivered today. Received the confirmation call last night be here today between 9am-11am wake early on a Sunday An Wait An Wait, Finally call just to find out the warehouse people never put it on the truck! Call the store An am told there is no delivery people today as well An the truck won’t be back! Not once did anyone cal an say hey don’t waste your time waiting or take your old stove out! Horrible service. PERIOD !!!! � We bought new laminate flooring and paid for the installation. We were told someone will contact us with an install date. Well 2 weeks have past and no one has contacted us. So down to the store I go. I get excuse after excuse why no one has contacted us. Finally it's time to get a manager. They put in a call to the installation company and then at 4:40 that day I receive a TEXT MESSAGE from the installers asking me to reply with 3 dates that work for us to have the flooring installed. Never impressed if i have to ask for assistance. You’re better off just doing it yourself. Forget trying to buy appliances from this place.
Buyer beware, Lowe's Free delivery is far from free after they don't show up on the days and times they give you. I stayed home 3 different days waiting for our new Washer to arrive. It took 3 tries for it to arrive with the side all dented in. Lowe's uses XPO Logistics from GA for their delivery and they are horrendous, they were in such a hurry to drop off, hook up and leave that they never tightened the water and drain hook ups or did the demonstration, the first wash resulted in water everywhere. Good Luck.
Never again will I shop here. Took a day off for a delivery with no delivery showing up. Thank you for wasting my time! Aneez the store manager at the time was not helpful at all and could not solve any of anything the issues. We will never shop with lowes and I will make sure to tell anyone I know to never shop there. Thank you for my loss of wages and time.
Had a very good experience. The gentleman in the bathroom area was very helpful as we were getting everything to do a bathroom make over for our daughter and son-in-law. Even waved at my grandson as it was getting long and there a while making decisions on flooring, bath/tub, wall covering.
