We were supposed to have a washer delivered today July 24, now it is 6:45 pm still have not seen it. Have called a few times because they were suppose to call us and never did as to the time of delivery. Beginning to think it is not coming at all and even if it gets here by 10 tonight we give the worse rating that we could possible give them and I can only imagine how they will ram jam it in the house. Never will we buy an appliance at Lowe's again!
A 4 hour window for someone to come to the house just to get a quote for carpet install- the assistant manager helping us didn’t put it in system so I took half day off work and they never showed. What followed is a long story of calling the store trying to rebook, hang ups- call this person tomorrow- super disorganized.
Do not buy anything from Lowe’s. I was hung up on twice trying to make an order and once it was made did not honor delivery. When I called to find out what happened they told me I called and requested delivery the following month. What a joke
My sister needed a fridge installed because she is disabled and they said they had no time to do it. Left the fridge in living room and left without putting it together. Horrible customer service. Never buying from Lowes ever again.
I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at Lowe's today! I went to customer service to ask about an appliance box, if there were any left over because I had called the day before leaving my phone number and nobody returned my call. The lady at the CS desk told me that they don't give away their boxes that they're just compacted and thrown out, but I went to the Appliance section where I ran into Ryan who asked if I needed any help, so I asked him about the boxes and he went to see if they had any left over from the t... read more
Don't use Lowes for a flooring purchase. Worst customer service I have ever had. Every time I called I had a different answer. Everyone acted clueless whenever I went in. Terrible people to deal with.
