Why do I even go here at all..... don't bother calling this place you will get nowhere.
Went to Lowe's to get some stuff for my mother . Asked for help to put it in my pick up and no one would help. I can't believe it Lowe's people suck . I thought it was The people job to help not stay in the freaking store and talk .
Good luck dealing with Lowes & Olympic flooring!!! Paid for home measure, made apt, he was a noshow. No call or nothing. Called Lowes who put me in touch with Olympic,Couldn't make it because it snowed. Rescheduled for another day, guess what? NO SHOW AGAIN. After calling lowes several times & several hours later the person from olympic called to reschedule. NO THANKS. Asked for another installer, guess what? No call back from lowes either.
You could not pay me to do business with lowes again. After buying a $1600 fridge we set up a meeting to have our kitchen remodeled. When we got to our appointment we were told that there was no such appointment scheduled. The lady we had worked with the night before had put it into a computer system. When I asked for them to look it up they told me the only appointments were hand written. We drove half an hour to get her and put off other appointments to get started on our kitchen project. This is the worst Lowes. No employees to help out and it was a Saturday. Aisles full of junk so if you have something large you can't get up the aisles. Girl working at the return counter had a real bad attitude and was rude. Don't bother shopping here.
