Pro desk isn't open on Saturday. Went in to purchase a large quantity of lumber and they had no one there to give me a contractor's price. The gentleman working the desk did not seem to care about losing a sale. I am a contractor who regularly buys large amounts of goods from Lowe's. Will be taking most of my business elsewhere.
They are rude and don't give help to people my dad came to one and asked for help and they said everyone needs help hatefully then checks out goes back in to by more wood then the woman saw his shirt with his business logo and said sorry we didnt no that you are a contractor we'll get you help right away and he said everybody needs to be treated like this not just contractors then goes and gets his truck and trailer then pulls goes to pull in the loading zone a man and his truck pulls right in front of him parks and goes in ... read more
It's awesome. The people are very helpful. They have helped me with several projects.
My dad is retired military, they used to give 10% discount. Last night we went to Lowe's and get stuff we need. I told my dad use his military discount, he said they refused I said really? He said been like that since a year or two. I told him no way that can't be so he proof me wrong. I saw lady said we do not that anymore? I was so disppointment to see that.
