Don't expect to be helped in the garden center. Also, don't expect prices to be marked correctly. I left without purchasing anything. Home Depot, here I come!
Purchased a new washing machine Thursday evening, they can't deliver until Monday. No biggie I'll drive the 50 mikes in and pick it up Saturday. 40 min later they have lost it and offered to make one up out of 2 damaged machines and the show room model. This is the second and the last time we will purchase appliances from this store, last year they lost trucks, had missing parts and damaged our stuff on delivery. Will be contacting manager Monday morning! Unacceptable!!
I have posted trouble in the past with Lowes, but yesterday was wonderful in courtesy and assistance
Their lumber delivery left ruts about 18 inches deep in my lawn when the man got stuck in the mud that was my lawn. They said they would take care of it, but all they did was spread a bag of potting soil in the deepest parts. Still looks horrible. I tried to call but was put on hold until I gave up after about 10 minutes.
Our cashier was wonderful. Mykayla. Great customer service. All around great shopping experience.
We paid for a fence with gate from your store and have had to cap for repairs 3 times in less than a year. Last time we called, you forgot to put in the work order and we didn't hear from anyone for over 3 days. He fixed it on the 22nd and it's already broken again. We work hard for our money and using you guys for this fence was throwing it away. I will be reaching out to corporate and using Home Depot from now on.
