I went into Lowe's yesterday and at Tulsa hills and I was returning a few items I had my receipts and had to use my debit card to purchase the items. the woman would not give me a store credit that was doing my return. I looked up the corporate policy on returns and it's clearly stated that it is either in cash or store credit or back to the card of course but she refused to do that. you might want to train your customer service people on your return policies because they clearly are not aware of what they are. not going bac... read more

I’m so disappointed in this store!!! I was just in there and as I was checking out at the far south end of the store by the wood there were 4 employees standing there either NO Mask or the mask pulled down below mouth and nose!!! You are in Tulsa where there is a city wide mandate to wear masks! Over your mouth and nose!! Yet your employees are not doing it!!! I will not be back and I hope others follow suit!!!!

My husband and I were at Lowe’s this morning and we had a horrible experience. We were there looking at appliances for the house that we are building. We were told by the woman working there that she had an appointment coming and didn’t offer much help to us. We found some appliances and wrote their numbers down and asked to get some prices for them. Went in the garden center with large doors marked 8pm and tried to leave at 6:55pm only to find out that they had closed the doors for no known reason. I was told I would have to walk out the mile long line at the register in the middle of the store. I have had hip and knee surgery and always make a point to make sure the doors are open by where I park. Lowes does not care about handicap accessible or herding people into a back to back line in the middle of a global pandemic. Won't be shopping there again.

I probably will not do curbside pick up anymore. It takes 10 minutes just for them to answer the phone and another 30 before they bring it to you. And I put in an order for 1 item at 1:00 and it wasn’t ready until 8:00 after they closed.

Bought a Riding mower on line. got a call saying their guy who puts them together is gone until Monday. Then they called back and said they had another guy who would put it together and call back in two hours. called back and they said they were busy and could not do it. I told them no problem I will pick it up and assemble myself. they said ok. After 45 minutes of waiting for them to bring it up the manager told me he could not sell it unassembled because of the warranty. So why does the website give you a choice of unassem... read more

Flooring order was messed up and associate entered the wrong number. Still waiting over two weeks now on threshold backorder. Even after it comes in, they're still days out installing. No decorating for Christmas this year! Go to Home Depot!

Just want to say, Sherry at the service desk is a wonderful employee. Wish all employees were so happy and kind. Store never seems to have merchandise stocked so we have to drive another 20 minutes to go to Home Depot.
