I’m posting this for my husband because his phone is dead. Here is what happened. He bought roughly $240 worth of Porter Cable Power tools that he had to return because the batteries didn’t work right, basically it was crap. They gave the option of a refund of the cash or put it back on his debit card. He chose debit card thinking it would go back on same day. NOPE!!! 7 days!!! Thanks Lowe’s, birthday ruined. Gibney plumbing will never shop at Lowe’s again.
Purchased an above range microwave, with install fee, almost a month ago. Visited Lowe's 5 times during that period asking when i might hear back from the installer. They kept sending him (the installer) emails that he never responded back to, all the while assuring me I would be notified within 48 hours. Finally went back to cancel and get a refund. Waited for 30 minutes to get something loaded in my truck while three guys sit around while somebody else's work in the forklift bad customer service even talked to a manager didn't seem to make any difference
Brought in a push mower I purchased from them for repair, the customer service employee misled me thinking I didn't have to pay anything under a certain amount I was preapproved for the work order. So 3 weeks went by and finally get a call that my mower is back at the store, ready to go but I owed over a hundred dollars to get it.
