God knows, and I don't have to explain, Lowe's knows too.
The toilet stalls in the men’s room were smeared with human feces. Saw an employee in the men’s room, browsing on his phone, while there were stalls in the men’s room covered in human poop. I have never seen this from any other establishment I’ve visited, hope I never do again. This location pretty much just lost my future business.
I went in this evening with a picture of the ladder I needed & had no idea which part of the store to look in. An employee, James Doris was stocking a shelf & asked if I needed help. I showed him the picture & he walked with me to the ladders, picked up the correct one, carried it to checkout, then loaded it in my car. I appreciate James’ willingness to help and his awesome attitude!

We traveled from Missouri to make our purchase because local Lowes didn't have what we were looking for (certain ceramic tile). Our items were ready at pick-up when we arrived. Staff was was very helpful and personable. Our needs were met with smiles and professionalism. Thank you Tulsa!
