Great, knowledgeable, friendly employees
Crappy customer service. Ordered a door on May 5th. Supposed to be delivered on June 15th. Ridiculously long wait time to start. It was not delivered on the date and now they are telling me "hopefully" it will be in June 22nd. Contractors will be done with everything else long before then and be on to another house. Management had a "don't give a $%!# attitude" that ticked me off even more than the door not being there as promised. This has happened before as well. I am firmly a Home Depot shopper from now on.
Just had a bad experience. Loaded up a flat bed cart with lots of plants, an outdoor clock, umbrella stand and other stuff I needed. I was in a good mood and waited patiently to check out in the garden center. When I got to be 3rd in line, the cashier announces she's leaving and the lady in front of me was the last person she would check out. I was told I'd have to go to the other line. WHAT?! Too bad there isn’t anything lower than a 1 star.. purchased a new dishwasher on a weekend was told I’d get a call within 72 business hours, the installation people called to set up a time, from 10-12, okay first off, what normal working house hold can just take off for that willie nillie, so I tell her I need something after 4 she tells me they don’t do anything after 4 but that they’re contracted with Lowe’s and that Lowe’s would have to find someone else, 3 days go by I don’t hear anything I finally call Lowe’s myself, an... read more
Normally this store is pretty nice and people are very friendly and helpful. However, today for some reason the workers there were in a very bad mood. My wife went there and she has done so, since they opened in Tulsa Hills. My wife goes to the area what she calls The Flower Hospital, which is flowers that Lowe's puts on sale that need extra attention and may or may not live. She gets flowers for $0.50, a dollar, sometimes two or three dollars if they're bigger that normall...Continue Reading
