Purchased a storm door, sales person said that they would be out in two business days to install and would call to confirm appointment. It's been 6 business days, no one has called and door still not installed. I called the salesman back was told that they had no control over the contractors that do the installations. I think I will go and get my money back since they can't tell me when my door will be installed.
Don't ever buy siding from Lowes!! We purchased twenty thousand dollars worth of siding on my Lowes card back on July 7th. I was told in two weeks it would be in, then in 48hours the installer would call to install it. Well after weeks of me calling Lowes to find out where my siding is I still have NO siding and it's August 26th! And I'm getting ready to make payment #2 on something I do not have.
