Great store and great service! Appliances have the best prices around. I go almost daily for my material needs.
This was one of the best dates I've been on. We started out at Chuy's and then finished up at Lowe's. We had a wonderful evening buying ant poison and furniture pads and the workers could not have been more friendly. I will be going on dates here for years to come!!!
My husband and I were at Lowes last night in the lumber area. We had plans to make a chicken coop but had no clue where to begin. We asked for help and Herbie came to our rescue. He sketched out a plan and took the time to run around the store with my husband collecting the necessary tool and wood. This extra effort was definitely appreciated because we had our 2 yr old with us and needed to get in and home as quick as possible. On June 6th, my husband called the extended warranty people about our LG refrigerator's ice-maker not working. Two days later, Larry called and said they would have to order a new one for us. Two weeks later, after not hearing from anyone, he called Larry. He was told that Larry would call back. Another 2 weeks and he tried calling Larry again and was told Larry would call back. Visited 2 Lowe's today - one on Gunbarrel Rd. and one in Ft. Oglethorpe. The difference was night and day. Received impeccable, friendly, professional service at Gunbarrel (Maurice in plumbing was terrific.) Received surly (borderline sarcastic) and unhelpful treatment at Ft. Oglethorpe. From here on out.....Gunbarrel's where it's at!
I moved to Harrison Tn in July 2014. Since dealing with this store is have been a year nightmare. I spent over $11, 000.00 and every event from lying about appoints to dented Frigs to doors with crooked windows, when this store gets your money they are finished with customer service. If I every get my last item bought replaced, I will never set foot in this store or any other lowes.
