Management please consider how to appropriately triage curbside pickup. I realize everyone is stressed these days and scrambling to manage the TN mandate re: covid-19, but it seems ridiculous for customers to sit for 2 hours in the hot car to pick up an order that was ready. Don’t buy the extended warranty on appliances because they don’t stand behind it or send guys that don’t have a clue how to fix it. Spent $25k with them to remodel house and they can’t even fix an oven that’s covered under warranty.

Great customer service from Donna B in the blind department!
There were 3 ladies at customer service chittchatting. I asked for help locating Sand bc there no visible person in lawn and garden and I walked it twice. I asked where was sand. She pointed and kept talking. Called no one to help, didn’t leave where she was to show me. Nothing. I walked the area where she showed me only to find it was outside of the gate which was locked. I didn’t find sand after walking around to the back. Nor did I see an associate. I walked past the desk and they were all 3 still there. No one asked did ... read more
