If they treat their customers like they do delivery drivers you'll be waiting a while
Purchased a vanity and install nearly 10 months ago. Still do NOT have a working product. Lowes and CPO play the blame game. No one takes accountability. I have to constantly follow up to get things done. A complete joke of service. We have to be on a hidden camera show...this can't be how they treat all customers. NEVER AGAIN.. save your sanity...go to Home Depot.
We had a perfectly fine in store experience when we were spending money on an appliance as well as getting estimates for new appliances for the entire kitchen. The problem came when the two weeks for delivery turned into SEVEN WEEKS!!! Which wouldn’t be as bad if I hadn’t been told on Monday, 9/17, that the appliance was on the way but then today, 9/20, they aren’t sure who told me that but it’s on back order & wont be in until 10/27.

The young lady at the Return sales counter this morning, Noel may have been her name, needs to brush up on her people skills and customer service. She had zero personality, didn’t say one word to me the whole transaction. This trip reminded me how much I don’t liking shopping here and prefer Ace Hardware and Home Depot.
3 months after I was charged labor to install a fscreen door I never received. They still cannot refund the charges.
I am not happy with Lowes at Hamilton Place. We were there tonight and spent almost $200.00 to add flowers to our deck. We shop often at this location and have always received a discount for my husbands service in the Navy. I asked about this discount when we were checking out and the gentleman said "they are cracking down on us so you have to register". I ordered a white dishwasher, a black dishwasher was delivered. I ordered a range, it was delivered damaged, Today, the washer I ordered was delivered damaged! 3 strikes you are out of my life. Never again.
