Came in the day before placed an order, they pulled the order that I paid for put it on the cart to be picked up today. I walk in today and no order. Customer service at pro desk has no idea where the order is so I wait an 35 minutes while they pull one sheet of luan and as far as the rest of my order which was 6 sticks of shoe molding The pro service attended didn’t want to call the trim department stating the gentleman that department would not bring the order up at all if he was called. I called and was put on hold then finally talked with someone. The guy didn't even find out exactly what I wanted but took my name & number and said he would call me back. That was 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. I call back at 8:56 and get a message that the store is closed. The hours show to be 10pm. Very bad customer service. I need an appliance fixed that I bought last Nov.
No body waited on me in hardware so i went to home depot.
Everyone is great, and very helpful. Thankyou for the military discount as well, I am spending alot money there. Thank you. 😊 Joseph.
