I cannot believe how ignorant and hurtful people can be!!! I was just walking through Lowe's and two young girls who were, I might add, Lowe's employees walked by myself and my husband. One of them said to the other one, "Hehe, look at that, why don't you shave your head so you can look like that too." No customer service. No one was in the department that I needed help in and the associate that was walking by said ( I don't know where anyone is and didn't bother to help. Go to Lowes on Front St. for good service.
Dont buy carpet here, Carpet manager is aweful! Charge you extra even if you dont need it!
Just had a gas grill delivered. There was dust all over the grill. I commented if they had just put it together why was it dusty? The delivery driver states that the warehouse was very dusty and said " you should see the refrigerators when we deliver them ". I saw some assembled grills in the garden center. I hope we didn't get one of those.
Good job Lowes, apparently they have a new policy to not accept digital gift cards. Get with the times Lowes, everything is going digital.
