They get five stars from us today - picked out our new washer yesterday and opted for the free delivery option which was scheduled for 5 days later - they showed up this morning with two of the nicest delivery/install guys! Thanks for the great service - no laundry mat for me today!
My mother ordered a bathroom installation back in April, materials didn't get delivered until June, they worked for 3 days in July, it is now August 15th, we have a gutted bathroom, we had to ask for the toilet to be installed...this after having no toilet for 2 weeks. I just wrote a letter and included pictures to the corporate offices, because no matter what, this is going to be corrected
We used to like Lowe's because it had such a great selection; however, over time the selection has decreased. And the quantity of each selection has been reduced. For example, when purchasing a GFI receptacle, they had numerous types of receptacle, but only one of each type. Additionally, we had bought garden fencing at the Vestal Lowe's last year, this year we had to drive to the Binghamton Lowe's to make an additional purchase, because the fencing was no longer carried in Vestal. I purchased a toilet about a month ago with installation, and it has a crack now, called and they said they will replace it but I have to get it there, they said I would have to pay the contractor to come get it! Better business will be hearing about this!
