We are in the Flooring Dept today and the floor that was being delivered last night was bought out by another customer. All good, things like that happens. We ask the associate if he could call the Binghamton store and he asked us" do you have a phone?" Really? The poor guy had to actually call the other store and have them hold two boxes. Man it was such an effort on his behalf. Jerk!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A FENCE INSTALL. There's still time for this to be remedied (the project is STILL NOT FINISHED but as of right now I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. You would think that working with Lowes would be reliable! I think many people chose Lowes because they think they can trust the name. This has not been our experience and you may want to be a bit more particular about your sub contractors.

Tried to buy a gallon of paint here today, could not get anyone to wait on me at the paint counter. The woman mixing paint said she would be right with me, then called out to to coworker, and the two of them struck up a 5 minute conversation, while I was waiting. I'll bet this won't happen to me tomorrow at the Sherwin Williams store!!
