If you are ever unfortunate enough to have to deal with Rodney in the pro department you will be completely disgusted. He is rude and disrespectful. If you’re going to talk nasty about your customers you should be sure to wait until they are out of earshot!

Horrible customer service. Instead of helping me find the correct drain snake, they told me to leave the aisle so they could use a lift for top stock. I've been in customer service over a decade. You wait on the customer. I could possibly see if they had the aisle partially blocked already but it wasn't. Had a driver with a delivery for one of my neighbors drive THROUGH my front yard to avoid the bumpy dirt road, not once or twice but FOUR times. They nearly ran over my pets gravesite, and they drove over my well lines. Reached out to corporate who determined the truck belonged to this location and said the manager would reach out to me. Terrible customer service. Repeated inaccurate re-orders on special items. No compensation for arrival of damaged items. Stay away.
Recommendedvery disappointed, order a frig Friday that they said was in stock and available for pick-up. then got email today that said will be del Thursday instead of Wednesday. will i called and asked why they gave me a other number it was 3rd party. so called and then told me i would be lucky if i got it in April. so i canceled and went to a family business where i should have went to start with. learned my lesson.

I ordered a gazebo. It was in the store on March 1st. We were told that it was supposed to be delivered on March 3rd between 8 and 11. My husband took a whole day off of work and it still has not shown up at 6:01 pm.
