Worst customer experience imaginable. Bought a dishwasher which was supposed to be installed today. The installer took the existing (working) dishwasher away but never installed a new one. Later in the day we got a call from Lowes telling us the dishwasher is on back order and will not be delivered until the middle of next month. RecommendedMy mom and I went to Lowe’s to buy a dishwasher and left not only with a dishwasher but a great customer experience! Tamara in appliances was top notch! She took the time to look up the dishwasher that met the sizes I needed, looked up the reviews and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She was thorough with everything. I bought a washer and dryer two months ago. Initially they ordered 2 dryers and when I noticed it on the receipt and called them to rectify it, they miscredited my account and double charged me. When I called appliances to speak to the staff member I literally just hung up with, they first told me there was no one there by that name, then said she left for the day, then hung up on me. Just had the absolute BEST customer service experience this morning with Lowell Manning and John Orum, at the Vestal Lowes by Wallmart, who made sure I not only found what I was looking for but did it with the brightest smiles and attitude. AWESOME!!!!

I ordered a dryer from Lowe's two weeks ago. I got a call a day before they were supposed to deliver it to tell me there was a "glitch in the system" and that the original dryer I ordered wouldn't be available for another week. They had another similar model available that supposedly could be delivered as originally planned. So I agreed to have that model delivered.
