TOOOO WICKED LOUD. TOO bright. People are ok but I HATE the store because of all the BEEPING and alarms on everything. The self-checkout yells at you. It takes 5+ minutes to get the tool alarm shut off. I HATE the super bright white LEDS pounding at you from various cameras. They do everything they can to make buying anything a PAIN.
Cannot speak to a human in the vestal store about my appliance order (during open store hours ) numerous attempts, anyone work there?
We recently moved to the area and spent thousands of dollars on various things including plants, shutters , bricks, marble stone. Landscaping lights, dishwasher, refrigerator ,mulch, and top soil . We have been jerked around by different supervisors and associates with promises of “ making it right “ as well as discounts and phone calls that never happen . Ordered lumber supplies over a week ago online. Scheduled delivery was for 8/24. No delivery no communication via email or text with any update on new delivery date and yet they certainly processed my payment already. Have called twice and have been told twice they would call in 24 hrs with new delivery update - still no communication and I have been told again to call back tomorrow. Epic fail, 2nd year in a row... tried to have a fence installed last year and they kept putting it off - 2 months! Cancelled the order. This year - today actually - waiting on installers, 2 hrs LATE. I don’t think they’re showing up today... contact person at Lowe’s can’t even get hold of ANY of the installers. So Pissed Off right now... need to pick up medicine and Can’t because no one is here and don’t know when or IF someone will show up. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Horrible experience. Sales person, Joel Richards was great until I paid in full and in advance for a fence, then he disappeared. Lowe’s wanted deliver hardware a month prior to installation. I was told by Joel that the installers were 3 weeks behind. They were 6 weeks behind. Why lie, he already had my money. Finally installed but there was a ton of extra material that Joel over estimated for the job. Had to call multiple times to have it picked up. On Monday August 3rd, 2020 my wife and I ordered split rail fencing online for the in store pick up option. We specifically chose this method because I am dealing with a current medical disability. At 11am I called and asked about the status.
