They were very helpful and we easily found everything we needed to help our daughter move into her dorm room at Binghamton!
Received damaged ceiling tiles x2. We were told they would be sent back and replaced the first time they came in. The second time we received a call to pick up the tile they were still damaged. We were offered a discount, when we said we would not be paying for damaged materials we received a ton of attitude. Manager unapologetic, very simple concept - paid for ceiling tile and wanted what we paid for. Waited an hour a half before we received any kind of help. Dismissive service. Won’t be going back.
Worse experience I have ever had at Lowe's! I went to get a bath vanity and couldn't find anyone working that Dept. Finally I found someone and asked him to help me put it on the flat cart, he said "sure I'll bring it up to the checkout for you". I waited 15 minutes! He never came. I went back to get it and it was still sitting on the floor. I found someone in that department....she said I'll have someone bring it up to check out. Ugh! If I could give this store negative stars, I would. Not one helpful associate. My daughter and I went in for a piece of plywood and had to wait 45 minutes to have it cut. Each time we approached an associate, we were met with the same response: we'll send someone over. No one answered the call button, I'm not sure what the use is if no one shows up to help. When I finally got someone to help us, they told us ( I am a 66 year old woman) we had to get the heavy plywood ourselves and carry it to the saw. Another employee, when ... read more
I was shopping for about 700sf of vinyl plank flooring, and felt absolutely invisible to associates who asked others in the area if they required assistance, then turned their backs on me and walked away. I'll take my purchase elsewhere.
Hard to find anyone who knows what they are doing, especially in plumbing or electric if you can find anyone at all. They seem to cater to homeowners and weekend warriors not contractors and carry very limited options in ways of fittings or other supplies
