Ordered 2 weedeater trimmers online because they don't carry in store. Ordered with credit card, excepted card and got email stating delivery would be the 5th. Trimmers never came. Called the 5th, said it would be there that day. Didn't come, called the 6th , now they say credit card was not accepted. Never got any email or call that there was a problem. Very poor. We have a bathroom the size 5 x7.5 that we had lowes to remodel starting on October 13th, 2017 was told that it would take 3 weeks and today January 28th, 2018 it is still not done. We have crooked tile down by the floor and the flooring is uneven next to the tub. We asked them about it and the guy said it would be fixed with caulking :( Our window was ordered wrong so now it will not be in until february 27th, 2018. Terrible Management and Employees. They advertise one thing and do another. Never getting another dime from me.
I needed some storm doors and found them online. Went to the store to order them and found I could have them in hand before leaving and saved money thanks to Mark and Joe in millwork. Lowes is my place to buy all my hardware and building needs. UPDATE: Ordered some things online and went to the store to pick my THREE separate orders.
