RecommendedI ordered a washing machine online. The delivery was exceptionally good! I had to postpone delivery and the store was very nice about doing that for me. The delivery guys were Razor and Chad and they were wonderful! The maneuvered through a tricky door and down a flight of stairs with ease! They helped me put a rack back on the door that we had to move. The installation and haul away was smooth as silk. Thank you Lowe’s for great service and good people!
I ordered a fridge from Lowes in Clarksville IN on 8/15/2020 waited on it until 10/15/2020. It arrives damaged. Huge dent in top door and the side of the freezer caved in. I rejected it. the delivery drivers told me to ask for the supervisor Tyler of the appliances. He was paged didnt answer. Customer Service called him he didn't want to come and what did I want. not in a very nice tone. i could hear him on the phone. When he finally came. The employee working the appliance area was more concerned with how close it was to the end of his shift than helping me purchase a dryer. When asking what models were physically in stock he refused to check because he said it would take too long. They also have no knowledge of how the Progressive Leasing program works. He refused to assist with the application process and left. The customer service in this department is terrible to say the least. I won’t be returning to this store and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The ordering process at Lowe’s Clarksville is Very disappointing. They never deliver on their promises. My parents waited several weeks for a water heater and several months for the doors they had ordered. Seldom will they answer the phone and when they do there’s always and excuse or passing the blame. The store manager is never available when needed.
Chad & Raisor delivered my refrigerator and they were awesome. The were informative, polite, knowledgeable and prompt.
Bought a wheel barrel bought and it was sold out from under me when I came to pick it up. Then ordered a grill only to have it sold out from under me, got an upgrade and was then told it didn't make it on the delivery truck and would have to wait longer after waiting 3 weeks already.
