I wanted shower doors installed in my master bath. After having to go back and forth to the store 4 times because of confusion on the staff's part I finally had my doors "special ordered" (aka costs more and takes more time) & thought that I was ready to get them installed. Now installation day is here & they had "special ordered" doors for a shower with a tub not a walk-in shower even after I spent the money to have one of THEIR guys come measure for the doors. I went into your store today looking for an exterior front door. The male who helped me in the millwrite (I think) section was VERY rude and condescending to me. He acted like I was an idiot. And I do think 150% that it's because I am a female. When ANYONE male or female comes in to a place of business you should not be rude. Especially someone wanting to purchase something. I have a 5 year warranty on an LG refrigerator. It is one year old. I called Lowes on Monday and was told it would be Friday before I would get service. I said thst is not acceptable and he agreed that Lowes policy was 48 hrs. I have been ca.ling every cay for a week now and still have no refrigerator. Called LG to tell them about the poor service on their product. A service man dic come on Friday and told me there was a freon leak and ne would turn in his report asap. Frustrating that Lowes carries the planer that i have but not the blades....Home Depot nor Sears carries the blades...but Harbor Freight does. Great job at sending business to your competitor guys...
Sad to say. I stood around for about 40 minutes to buy a washer. Could not get any help.
