Our refrigerator went out so naturally that is an essential item. Lowe’s was the only store locally that had one in stock. The process of getting it picked up was terrible!! They are by no way doing anything to prevent the spread of this terrible virus. Customers were everywhere! There were no restrictions, no enforcement of social distancing. Saying their delivery service is above and beyond is an understatement! I have a 1/4 mile long gravel drive way, UP HILL. Raisor and Ausin made it about half way up with the box truck and used the dolly to drag my washer and dryer to my house. They installed and explained how they worked ANNNND built my kids a fort out of the boxes! kudos to Lowes for having such awesome employees.
Not anymore. especially if you are having something delivered. They are delivering replacement and removing the defective purchase. This is the 4th go around on trying to get something delivered. Pretty certain this will be our last purchase from Lowes.
I recommend anything that is considered DIY...they have great associates that can locate, recommend & provide sources if needed. They are very organized & friendly!
Worst Customer Service Ever! I've bought a new washer and dryer to be delivered it's the day of and they still won't even give me an estimate of when it will be delivered. They keep telling me they cannot tell me until the truck is loaded and the drivers call. This is total BS. Before you even start loading a truck you should know what order you are going in so you load it correctly. I work full time and cannot just sit home all day waiting for the call. We went to the Clarksville location after our usual Louisville store said they had the microwave in stock that we were going to special order. When we arrived today at 7pm, we stood in front of the microwave for 45 minutes waiting for someone to help us. We flagged several employees down who said they would send help, and pushed the help button. When we finally got someone to talk to us, they told us they couldn't find the microwave. Not a problem.
