There seems to be a lot employees but no one to help you when you need it..nothing like walking all over Lowe's with bad feet and hips starting on aisle 1 and be told it's on aisle 49 and get to the check out to a disgruntled cashier..yes it's humorous though...hahaha it's great when you get what you need...
Very disappointed with Lowe's. Ordered fridge and when it came it was dented. Waited a month for replacement fridge, and the doors are dented on this one as well.
I purchased dust control patch repair today. When I got home I found that it was full of mold. So I took it back down there. I asked for a discount and the best they could do is 64 cents for my inconvenience! Really that’s a slap in the face. I am at the point of spreading this and never to shop there ever again! Thanks Lowe’s! Guess I’ll be shopping at Home Depot.
Made a purchase online, they took money, they canceled the order and now say "nothing we can do to return you $500"
I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend buying anything fr ok m this store. We bought an air conditioning unit for over $400 and then got the 3 year protection plan sept of 2016. Brought it in the store today and they told us they can't give us another one or fix it we have to get ahold of the manufacturer. What good was the 3 year plan?
We went there last month and there wood cutter was down. He said it would be the following Monday when it would get fixed! We went in yesterday couldn't get help! Everybody kept saying they can't help! So we finally get help and pick out our wood and asked for them to cut it. He said that it's not been fixed yet! So your telling me it takes over a month to fix a piece of equipment??????? I am beyond aggravated!!!!! We had to go to The Home Depot to get what we needed!!!
Best Lowe's in the area, best customer service then any store around
Needed a new refrigerator. Sales guy too busy playing in his phone to acknowledge us or ask us how he could help us. Kept looking at the refrigerators. Several other customers walking around that needed help. As I approached him to ask for help after we reported to another person that he needed help, he helps someone that walked up after me. NEVER acknowledged us at all NEVER stated he'd be right back, NEVER asked for help. We left and went to Charlie Wilson's... HIGHLY recommend them instead of Lowes!!!
