Best customer service ever. I will never go anyplace else.
Lowe's eliminated their assistant store manager positions, firing their knowledgeable and hard working employees, eliminating their job roles and responsibilities to hire only part time, lower paid, no benefit employees, and or putting their hard work on to other employees who are aware that if they don't do the extra work responsibilities they will lose their job also. Lowe's decided to trim their cost because of failing profits. And they let go of these employees with no warning!!!
Had to go get a new water heater this morning and I would like to thank Troy S. and the other associates for being so helpful. It's so nice to find such friendly knowledgeable staff.

My father age 82 bought a trane heat pump . For 4 months it worked perfect . Then stopped cooling . They sent a company out to check it who tried to charge him 80 dollars . He refused to pay. They say nothing wrong with it yet his house stays at 80 degrees and the unit running constantly. No one will help him .
AFTER BUYING AN OVEN AND A REFRIGERATOR FROM LOWE'S, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING APPLIANCES FROM THEM. I THINK THEY SELL SECOND HAND APPLIANCES OR LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. STOVE PARTS STARTED TO BREAK DOWN AFTER ONLY TWO MONTHS, AND OF COURSE THEY DON'T SELL PARTS IN THE STORE, AND THE $1,800 NEW REFRIGERATOR STARTED TO HAVE ISSUES IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS.
