Had my kitchen gutted and new everything. Worst work ever. Terrible design and bad workmanship. Terrible follow thru. Looks like a child installed my garbage disposal. It is only two years and it’s leaking!
A Lowe's truck ran me completely off the road, never even tried to get back the right side of the road. When I called to tell the manager she answered the phone clearly preoccupied and simply said "Okay". Did not care a single bit. I told her my car was damaged she did still did not give one single bit of attention to me or my call. Absolutely the worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced
Good job Lowes. 2 days in a row we showed up to spent hundreds of dollars on a washer and dryer and couldn't get anyone to help that knows anything. 2 days in a row, nobody in the appliance department, so we had to pull from another spot. Then we make a decision, guy says computer has 3 but they "can't find them" Looks like we will pass on purchasing from Lowes and find somewhere else. Spending way too much money to put up with this stuff.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a hardware business. They dropped the massive proverbial ball 18 months ago with a botched flooring install. Now they dropped it on a hot water tank install. I’ve been waiting 7 days now and when I reach out to the subcontractor about why he wasn’t showing up he tells me he got a cancellation message from Lowe’s! So now I’m 7 days no hot water and no install time in sight � I only went back there because they carry the brand I wanted, AO Smith. What a disappointment that such... read more
