Recommendedwe met with Richard (Rick) to help us pick out a bunch of items for our new full bathroom going in our basement soon. We picked out a shower/bathtub surround, toilet, vanity, brushed nickel faucets, vanity marbled top, & lighted mirror. Contractor will pick up soon.
My personal experience was great. Started with complimenting another shopper's Motorhead shirt. Then, upon leaving, we left an item at the register. Got home and realized it. Called the store to say we're coming back to claim our item. Get back to the store, and before we say anything, the chick at the service desk said "I just talked to you on the phone, right?" We order deck lumber paid cash. A month later they're telling us that someone stole the lumber off the truck. Cancel the order going somewhere else
horrible experience trying to get my ordered floor supplies. please don't give them your money. go to any other Lowe's in the area.
I had a great experience in Lawn and Garden. A young man, Ben Davis, helped me find the things I needed and loaded them in my vehicle. All the associates were friendly.

Stand by the prices you have posted on the merchandise, I was coming into the Clarksville,In location to buy lawn furniture and seen a riding mower by John Deere and wanted to buy and they had them priced wrong and refused to stand by the price they had posted even after looking at the video to see the employees posted the price. Horrible customer service.
