I buy at lowes all the time, I went to buy sod which was price at 1.99 a piece when I asked them about the price match guarantee they told me they would not honor it because theirs was 2.6 ft which is a lie I took a measurement tape a it is 24 × 16 the same sod advertise at Houston garden center being sold at 99 cents not only lowes false advertise, they also will not price match guarantee, lied about it and their customer service is awful, extremely rude . I will not come back ever again. Lying thieves
Worst customer service ever. All of the employees here hate their jobs and make a point to let everyone know. The people at the customer service desk give you everything but. Terrible experience every time I come here
I ordered a GE wall oven on the net. Was called to days ago that it is in for pickup. Now been waiting 45 min for someone to pick and deliver it to me so i can leave this place. There a several young Lowe's employees milling around joking and generally cutting up. Not a sole has given me an update or acknowledgement of any kind.
I have called this store 21 times in 4 days trying to get an issue resolved. For at least 15 of those calls, NO ONE in the department or the store answered the phone. I can not believe anyone makes any major purchases in this store. The 2 star rating on Google is a compliment.
Thank God for my patience and that of my workers. Completing the #HoneyDoList ain't always easy. I appreciate the staff ... big Kudos to the store manager; really cool guy. Now God please hold the rain until they complete the repairs. Thank you in advance Lord. #HotWaterHeaterBlues
Getting someone to show up in the dept where you order doors is almost impossible. This is the second tome this month I've had to wait over 30 minutes and still no one. Asked for manager, no one has shown up. Asked an associate and they could not help. Just lost my business for my remodeling projects across the country. Back to Home Depot.
