Ordered a fridge and was promised a delivery date. I set time aside that day and was not informed I wouldn’t get a delivery that day. I am now 2 weeks in and still waiting. I will no longer give this company my business and I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from Lowes.
If you want to be stood up on your appliance delivery order three times in a row, buy from Lowe’s. If you want to have your time wasted by trying to call their delivery Center to make sure they stop wasting your time with missed deliveries, buy from Lowe’s. If you want failed promises and lies from their executive customer service team at their HQ, buy from Lowe’s. If you want on time, good customer service try amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.
I just received my fridge today, and we had an issue... it was scratched in a few places. I immediately went down to Lowe's, and spoke with Gabby. She was so sweet, and patient (hard to be with me), and solved the issue ASAP. Not enough is said for when people do the right thing, and treat people well. So, thank you to Gabby! Would return to Lowe's just based on our experience with Gabby.
Lowe’s used to be my go-to store. It was more consumer-friendly than the competitor and easier to navigate. Since the flood, every single order I placed through Lowe’s has been messed up in one way or another. Delivery dates and estimates are always wrong, product has been lost, customer service takes FOREVER, and it’s usually still wrong. I keep saying this is the last time I will shop here and then I give it another chance for some reason. This was the last time. I will be shopping at its competitor from now on.
Don’t shop here. Customer service is non-existent. I was waiting by the “Pickup” sign for 10 minutes until they told me customer pickup was elsewhere. Shop at Home Depot instead.
I'm so done with Lowe's. I've been trying for a month to get a stove delivered. They don't answer the phone and never call to schedule.

Really sad customer service !! Never help you right a way !! They took forever when they employee went we ask about light bulbs he said I don’t Know � omgashhhh I think Lowe’s has good stuff but customer service is trash! I don’t know what kind of manager they have here! Please training you employes!! We paid for service..... no I don’t know � .... really
