Spent 30 minutes looking for an item asked three employees for help & they all seemed bothered & ignored the fact that we needed help. Worst customer service staff is rude!
They had a big display of Christmas trees for sale... in late September! That's, like, a war crime or something...
Pay your employees more so they won't despise working for you. Can't blame them for not helping customers and passing the buck.
This store is less than a mile from my home. I purchase six 35lb bags of birdseed each week. My trips to the store are short and always focused. My husband went to get my birdseed yesterday and came home infuriated. There was not one of the 'manned checkouts'..... with an employee...... he asked to be checked out and was ignored. Why ON A SATURDAY would they not have the employees at work!! No manager, no checkers, - on a Saturday in August.... I have to find a new place to buy seed since they also only stock once a week wit... read more
My parents bought a fridge and it showed up with roaches all in it and a dent, they took it back and tried to bring "another one" back with a dent. How are you gonna bring damaged goods and expect someone to be okay with that.... Not impressed with this store or the way they are handling this situation at all.
