keep calling and they hang up
Worst customer service ever. I called all week to get a dishwasher installed and kept sitting on hold, got hung up on 6 times and a manger promised to have someone call me back and that never happened. I had to finally call the 1 800 number to get this issue resolved.

Answer the phone and vastly improve customer service
Lowes installed 20 leaky windows over 3 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind.
