Meyerland store - terrible customer service in store and when you call no one picks up the telephone. They sent me to another store to purchase a product that was out of stock and when I arrived that store said they didn’t carry it. Awful experience overall. Will not return.
Unable to get appliances delivered or installed as promised.
Wholy moly! Worst customer service ever! I wanted to return one item and 3 staff members were standing there helping one person....ignoring me. Had to go to check out to get them to help. Then I’m looking for a picture ledge shelf, TOOK ME ASKING 7 people to finally get someone who knew what it was and where it was. Also 7 months pregnant and huge and not wanting to walk around the whole store. Omg. Thank goodness I don’t come there often.
Worst customer service! Incompetent people working at this location! They need to fire all this people. If they hate their job so much they should just leave!
