Won't allow me to give a negative rating. Walk in 6 associates standing around. Not one offered help, made direct eye contact with several who dropped their eyes in avoidance, and had to actually ask the cashier who was standing around daydreaming if she was checking out. Worst experience in a hardware store EVER. They didn't even offer to help load anything., my 65 year old dad with a pacemaker helped me. Will never shop at Lowes again. By the way this was in tupelo Ms.
