So I was stopped going to Home Depot for the reason I could never get any help! Today at Lowes...there were employees all over the place when I was there. I loaded six bags of mulch and eight bags of potting soil on my cart and then in my truck and not did one employee offered to help or ask if I needed help!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lied to by the locals and headquarters. Waited a week for a washer and dryer that I never received. They refunded my money without even notifying me that they were canceling my order. Ill spend my money at Home Depot from now on. �������
Time to rant...I haven't even had my John Deere riding mower for 90 days from Lowes and they've given me nothing but trouble! Today I was told that my malfunctioning mower would be picked up for service between 8 and 4. I waited until almost 4 and called them back to find out I was misinformed this morning and have waited ALL DAY for nothing! I will be the 1st to say how ridiculous it is that Lowe's hires WOMEN YES A WOMEN TO LOAD BY HAND THE HEAVY GARDEN BAGS OF ROCK LARGE POTTING SOIL BAGS AND LARGE STONES. YES I DID SAY HEAVY BAGS OF ROCKS!!! I AM VERY UPSET AND THINK ITS A DOWN RIGHT SHAME THAT A MAN CAN NOT BE HIRED TO DO THIS JOB..GOOD JOB LOWES AND SHAME ON YOU!!!! I LOADED MY OWN TRUCK FULL UNTILL 2 MEN WALKED BY TO SHOP AT LOWE'S AND SAW MY STRUGGLE LOADED AND HELPED ME LOAD THE REST. THANK YOU TO THOSE FINE GENTLEMAN!!
